Managing Director/CEO
Mr. Edwin Jude Tare, a visionary leader, founded JUTA Properties & Investment Ltd. A graduate of the University of Lagos and currently pursuing a BLL at the National Open University, Nigeria, Mr. Tare has been a key player in private-sector development since 1995. His professional journey includes roles at Cross Ventures, Nigerian Breweries, and Pharma Deko Plc before transitioning to entrepreneurship in 2003. Under his guidance, JUTA evolved from its earlier form, JUTA International (established in 1999), into its current structure in 2013.
Financial Director
A seasoned banker with 22 years of experience at Wema Bank Plc, Mr. Gabriel Tukuwei holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) qualifications and HNDs in Computer Science and Safety/Security Management. With expertise in operations and banking re-engineering, he now oversees financial strategy and operations at JUTA.
Technical Director
Mr. Henry, a graduate of Building Technology from Enugu State University, brings innovative ideas to real estate development. His role as Technical Director since 2013 has been instrumental in driving our construction and technical projects.
Company Secretary
A seasoned journalist and HR consultant, Mrs. Ogene holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Port Harcourt. With a diverse background in administration and human resources, she ensures organizational efficiency and compliance.
Office Manager
An experienced manager with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Niger Delta University, Mr. Duobowei holds certifications in project management and health, safety, and environment. His leadership in operations and management strengthens our team’s efficiency.
